July 3 – Arlington Fireworks Show

The City of Arlington will host Light Up Arlington on Thursday, July, 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM in downtown Arlington.  Free public parking will be available throughout downtown.  The Dallas Wings will be hosting a game at College Park Center on July 3 at 7:00 PM.  Parking will be available for $30 in all campus parking lots and garages near the arena.

July 4 – Parade Parking & Lot Closures

The city will also host their annual Independence Day Parade on Friday, July 4th and 9:00 AM.  Free parade parking will be available at any open lot on campus.  Some lots will be temporarily restricted between 6AM and 1 PM on parade day:

• College Park Garages

• F11

• Retail 39

• Lot 38

• F13

• KC North & KC South

• F10

• Maverick Garage

• Lots 49, 50, 51 & 52 will be closed

UTA offices will be closed Friday, July 4, 2025.
